well, first, I'm glad there is a dx for the patient, and that the patient will be able to get tx! Second, have you ever noticed how sometimes, when one little drop of rain falls, it starts a messed up, screwed up, straight from the pits of hell, violent tornado and flood. Damn, Mrs. B! But hey, don't go standing on any corners with your pants down and drooling in a cup just yet...HANG TOUGH, Dr. Lady! :-)

Dear Mrs. Bunker,
I forgot to mention, my expertise falls short of mycobacterial formations.

I feel that anyone who can handle gushing blood and strange TB, much less the medical channels that will get this patient more treatment,

is really good at her job!

I checked my site. Electrons suck,
however I had no problem running a test comment from an alter ego. However I had nothing to say to myself.

Please visit anytime, I have two china cats that I feel sure Mr. Bunker would adore.

Wishing very happy holidays to you,
Ann T.

Mrs. B.
We had our annual winter draft meeting today. E226B did ok, with two new members coming in. They will be fine. Just for fun, I tried to shop out a "salt of the earth type", dyslexic front office person.

I thought one of the truck company captains might take her off of your hands, but who they had to offer in trade would have likely been a problem child for you. The tillerman on Truck 821 is known for stopping at yard sales and buying stuff, only to store it a the station until the guys get on his ass and he takes it home.

I figure you have enough of this kind of problem so I quashed the deal.

She's yours Mrs. B. Good luck..

Well Mrs. B, I had quit my previous career to go back to school again and I ran a doc's biz while taking my prereqs a few years back (for the health insurance ya know). I did all, including pre-auths, scheduling, claims, and getting him paid by insurance and by patients ASAP. Figured out how to do the job basically myself. I was good at making sure he played nice with other docs etc... forced him to go to "playdates".

I suggest you get someone who is not supposedly "trained", to do this type of job. Of course that all is beneath me now...haughty sniff!
